Rooms & Rates
Each of our rooms at Broad Street Inn has a Queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a tub shower, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to our sunroom and patios. Located at the top of Broad Street, our inn is just a short walk to downtown Nevada City where you can find great shops, restaurants, theaters, and wineries.
Our sunroom has freshly brewed coffee from local roasters and Stash tea, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and bottle openers. In order to keep our prices reasonable, we do not serve breakfast, but we encourage our guests to take advantage of the amazing restaurants downtown that serve reasonably-priced and delicious breakfasts. Our Patios
We have two patios that our guests are always welcome to use.

Our front patio looks out onto Broad Street. It’s perfect for watching parades, like the Mardi Gras or Constitution Day Parades. With a porch swing and bistro tables, this patio is great for visiting with friends.

Our back patio has a fire pit, bistro tables, comfortable patio furniture, and a outdoor dining table that seats six. The back patio is quiet and private, perfect for reading or enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit.
