Jeff Pelline, editor of FoodWineArt magazine, posted on his blog today that the trail that runs along Deer Creek, the Tribute Trail, is officially open! The trail is a little over 8 miles and is perfect for a picnic, hike, bike ride, horseback ride, or whatever appeals to you. Attached to his blog is a map of the trail starting in downtown Nevada City, right next to the Broad Street Inn! If you haven’t seen the trail yet, we highly recommend checking it out!
